Independent Referral & Marketing Service

Senmari is an independent digital marketing and customer referral service. Senmari is not a licensed contractor, does not perform contracting or home improvement services, and does not employ trade contractors.

All field services, estimates, contracting work, repairs, and installations are performed exclusively by independent, licensed, and insured local professional businesses. Any trade licenses mentioned or held in connection with work performed are strictly the property and responsibility of the respective local service business.

Contractor Partnerships & Territory Exclusivity

Information on this website does not constitute an automatic grant of territory or binding contract. Territory exclusivity and routing arrangements become effective only upon formal written agreement or subscription activation confirmed by Senmari.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Senmari disclaims all liability for:

• Any acts, omissions, workmanship, delays, damage, or disputes arising between consumers and independent local contractors.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential commercial losses arising from phone system outages, carrier downtime, or website interruptions.
• Fluctuations in inbound call volume resulting from seasonal demand or search engine algorithm updates.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
